What this PR does / why we need it:

Added Feast Registry Server Rest Tests

  • Added test setup for both openshift and kind cluster environment setup
  • Configured Feature store instances via feast operator with multiple projects setup
  • Configure s3 registry setup for openshift cluster env setup
