Can you clarify why a license is needed here for a dev image? Does an image make some sort of call home checks? Will it work w/o internet access?
We can probably hide the key in a GH actions variable if necessary, but the tests won't be easily runnable on developer machines.

the db won't be able to spin up w/o the license

@okramarenko thanks. btw, I'm going to soon make changes to https://docs.feast.dev/how-to-guides/customizing-feast/adding-support-for-a-new-online-store reflecting #3927 and #4270. Both are backwards-compatible additions, but might be good ways to improve on performance. |

This commit adds SingleStore as a contributed online store. It contains all the changes needed (as described in https://docs.feast.dev/how-to-guides/customizing-feast/adding-support-for-a-new-online-store)
