Hello! This change makes PHS Pedestal calibration to publish vector of pedestal values at CCDB address PHS/PedestalRun/Pedestals. Before it was publishing o2::phos::Pedestals and vector objects at same address PHS/Calib/Pedestals which can lead to casting of object to wrong type and backtracing as result.
