One Github workflow that could be helpful is just of the dot versions, which doesn't wait for all of the other package updates. This would allow the latest CPython versions to be released with the pip patch (as betas) as soon as possible. I don't know if I'm the only one using WinPython this way, but I actually almost always start from the dot versions and a custom requirements file, rather than downloading slim or full builds.
