currently when we create a fresh new branch locally and attempt to do gh pr create with no commits locally, it makes you go through the whole process of naming and drafting a pr description like this

instead, it would be better first, to check the commits existence and prompt the user that you have no attempted commits to open a pr, instead of checking at the end, making the process of naming the pr and choosing different options obselete.
